I’m Brayson — born and raised right here in Texas, a former U.S. Army Ranger, and a twenty-year veteran of the Texas real estate market. The owners I serve best tend to want to know exactly who they’re entrusting their home to before they go any further. So here is the story, in full.
In 2000, at nineteen, I enlisted in the U.S. Army and served at 1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, in the Special Operations community. From late 2000 through August 2004, I deployed twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, with extended time across Afghanistan and Iraq.
I came home in good health, and I came home with a set of standards — discipline, preparation, accountability, and clarity under pressure — that I have carried into every client relationship since.

After service, I pursued a degree at UTSA, worked through advanced mathematics into calculus, and gave serious thought to a JD/MBA program at UT Austin. What changed my mind was a conversation at an LSAT prep session with a first-year attorney from Baylor — exhausted, bloodshot, and candid about what the early years of practice actually looked like. I respected the path. I just wanted something where my output would directly determine my outcome.
Real estate fit. I got licensed in 2005 and went full-time in 2008 — just in time for the worst housing downturn of my generation. That timing turned out to be a gift. I learned the business in hard conditions, working largely with buyers, before shifting to seller representation, which has been the focus of my practice for the last fifteen years.
I bought my own first home in December 2009, from a builder who had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. In hindsight, that was the bottom of the cycle. It was the first time I saw firsthand how much the timing and judgment in a real estate decision actually matter — and it has shaped how I advise clients ever since.
I launched Team Infinity around 2012 and built it around a particular kind of client — the ones who scrutinized everything before they trusted anyone. Custom builders at a million and up. Commercial principals whose decisions live or die on the numbers. They had no patience for a salesperson, and they taught me to underwrite a property rather than merely list it: to know the comparable evidence cold, to defend a price, and to be right often enough to be trusted with the next decision.
That standard is also what the San Antonio Business Journal recognized — naming me to its Top Groups & Teams for nearly a decade of consecutive years, beginning in 2013. It is one outside measure of a practice built on systems and standards rather than luck; the work behind each closing is the rest.
I spent fifteen years at Keller Williams — a brokerage I have deep respect for — before moving to Real in 2020. Real’s technology and agent-ownership model fit the way I intend to practice for the next twenty years: deliberately, and at the standard an exceptional home deserves.
At this level, most owners assume the top agents are roughly interchangeable. They aren’t — and the gap rarely comes down to a single decision. It is the calculus of many small things, each done exactly right, compounding into a result the market reads as inevitable:
Grounded in the comparable sales and the data, rather than guesswork or wishful thinking.
Real reach to the specific buyer a home requires — not just whatever the algorithm decides to show.
So a property argues for its price, instead of settling into the middle of its market.
So the detail a buyer’s agent shared in week one is still serving the deal in week six.
On calls, on offers, on inspection items, on lender milestones — nothing left to chance.
When the inspection comes back ugly, the appraisal comes in low, or the financing wobbles.
When a renegotiation tries to unwind a contract that took weeks to assemble.
Any one of these done poorly is survivable. Several of them, on the same transaction, is how an exceptional property quietly underperforms its potential — and the seller never learns what it cost them. My standard is to be excellent at all of them. And when a home’s valuation range is wide enough that my opinion of value materially differs from a prior agent’s or a seller’s expectation, I’ll occasionally back my conviction in writing with a Seller Performance Guarantee.
In December 2016, I attended my first Date with Destiny with Tony Robbins, and shortly after joined his Platinum Partnership — the highest tier of his personal mentorship, and a standing network of top performers drawn from very different fields. Through 2017, I traveled with that group across the country and abroad: Business Mastery I and II, further Date with Destiny events, and several Unleash the Power Within seminars — the ones known for the firewalk across hot coals that participants complete as part of the experience.

Layer that civilian training — world-class as it is — on top of four combat deployments, where I have taken fire on foreign soil, and you get an agent who handles a difficult inspection, a tense renegotiation, or a shaky appraisal with steadier hands than most. Sellers under pressure don’t need someone who panics alongside them. They need someone trained, formally and over years, to keep the wider perspective in view — and to bring some of it to them, gently, when it matters most.
Outside of real estate, I am an active trader and the founder of DIIOElite. This isn’t a hobby. I’m also a committed biohacker — sleep optimization, recovery work, and dedicated time with technology designed to regulate and restore the nervous system. The quality of every conversation I have and every contract I negotiate begins with a mind that is genuinely well cared for. Showing up clear-headed and grounded for a client at 8 AM on a Monday isn’t optional in this business. It’s the baseline.
In 2014, I became a father. My son reshaped my perspective on what matters more than any other single event in my life — he’s the reason I work the way I do, and the reason I’ve made giving part of how our family lives. We support the Blessed Angels Community Center, deliver blankets and meals at Haven for Hope during the holidays, and contribute to the annual toy drives at Summit Church.
As Tony always says, “the secret to living is giving.” I happen to believe that line is true — one of the harder, more meaningful tests in life is to give especially when you don’t feel you have much to give. That’s usually when it returns in abundance.

And whenever the schedule allows, I take boating trips with close friends in other countries — there is something about a new shoreline, a new language, and good company that resets you for the year ahead. I’ve found a way to live a relatively balanced life, and I protect my weekends with my family and the people I love.

I take on the homes I know I can do real justice to — and I say so plainly when that isn’t me.
